Take a deep breath. We have got it covered. If your child’s Slonkit card is lost/stolen, you/your child should immediately suspend the Slonkit card using either parent’s or child’s Slonkit app. If the card is not found, you can block the card permanently. A Slonkit user registered as ‘Parent’ can only block his/her child’s card through his/her parent app. If you are still worried, feel free to contact us on our customer care number 1800 229 522.
