That can be a bummer, we agree. But, don’t worry at all. It normally happens when an incorrect PIN is entered. Please re-check if you have entered the correct PIN.

For Parent-Child account, check the limits your parent may have set for your Slonkit card. If you try a transaction above the limits set by your parent, the transaction would get declined.
